I am much more than a strongman. I am a communicator. I spend as much time delivering inspirational speeches as I do in competition. The reason is I have a story relevant to all – one of triumph against the odds, of never-ending determination, and of never giving up on a target, a dream.

I have spoken to conferences, sports clubs, business people, and children, in all environments from the boardroom to the gym and school hall, and can also stage examples of my lifting prowess.
